SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
Below are the shuttle departure times for each cottage, organized by day.
Please note that these times are departure times, so we kindly ask that you be ready at least 5 minutes early.
Our drivers will ring the doorbell when they arrive.

The expected arrival time at Gairnshiel Main Lodge is between 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM. Return shuttles to the cottages are scheduled for 10:00 PM.

The expected arrival time at Gairnshiel Main Lodge is between 09:30 AM and 09:45 AM. From there, everyone will be directed to the appropriate shuttles for the day’s activities. After the activities, you’ll be shuttled back to your respective lodge.
FRIDAY 08.08.2025 – THE WEDDING

Arrival time at Crathie Kirk is anticipated at 03:30 PM for our Wedding Ceremony. After the ceremony, shuttles will be available to take you to Gairnshiel Lodge for our wedding dinner. Starting at 10:00 PM, return shuttles will be ready to take you back to your lodge until the party ends.
SATURDAY 09.08.2025 – HIGHLAND WALK

You may wear your raincoat and walking shoes upon arrival. A cloakroom is available for your other shoes or clothes if necessary.
Between the hike & the High Tea we are staying at Gairnshiel Lodge.
